Refund and Cancellation Policy

Inflection Point Research provides research and analysis as a knowledge-based service. Due to the nature of the product, all subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
- Research content is delivered immediately upon successful payment
- Sample reports are available before purchase to help you evaluate quality
- You have read and accepted the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)
- You understand that research outcomes depend on market conditions outside our control
- Past performance of recommendations is not indicative of future results

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Members Area or by contacting karnik@inflectionpointresearch.in. Upon cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of your current subscription period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining unused period
- Previously downloaded reports remain yours to retain

Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is in the case of duplicate or erroneous charges processed by our payment gateway. In such cases, contact us within 7 days with supporting documentation and we will investigate the issue with the payment provider.
