MOST IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS (MITC)

1. Nature of Service

  • The Research Analyst (RA) provides research reports and recommendations on equities listed on Indian Stock Exchanges.

  • These recommendations are based on technical/fundamental analysis and do not constitute "Portfolio Management Services" (PMS).

  • No Trade Execution: The RA cannot and will not execute trades on behalf of the client. The client must execute trades through their own broker at their own discretion.

2. Fee Structure & Limits

  • Fee Limit: As per SEBI regulations for Individual/HUF clients, the maximum fee charged shall not exceed ₹1,51,000 per annum per family.

  • Billing: Fees may be charged in advance (max 1 quarter) or as per the agreed subscription term.

  • Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that research is delivered immediately upon payment and that you have read the sample reports available on our website to evaluate quality before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with research outcomes, market performance of recommended securities

3. No Guaranteed Returns

  • Warning: Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.

  • Prohibition: The RA does not and cannot guarantee any fixed returns, assured profits, or protection of capital. Any claim of "Jackpot calls" or "Sure-shot profits" is prohibited by law.

  • Past Performance: Past performance of the RA is not an indicator of future results.

4. Conflict of Interest

  • The RA or their associates may have a financial interest or holding in the stocks recommended. Such interest will be explicitly disclosed in the specific research report as per SEBI regulations.

  • The RA maintains an "arms-length" relationship between its research and other business activities (if any).

5. Grievance Redressal

  • First Step: Contact the Compliance Officer at [Your Email] for resolution. We aim to resolve complaints within 7 working days.

  • SCORES: If unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint on the SEBI SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in).

  • ODR: For dispute resolution, you may access the SMART ODR Portal (smartodr.in).

6. KYC & Communication

  • Services will only commence after completion of Know Your Client (KYC) procedures.

  • Clients must not share their trading credentials (ID/Password) with the RA under any circumstances.
